Terms of Use

Last updated: March 2026

These terms apply to your use of the Mostbit app and related services. By using Mostbit, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

What Mostbit is

Mostbit is an AI-powered audio tool that helps you achieve consistent, comfortable volume in your audio. You provide audio (e.g. from your device or via a link); the app processes it and gives you a levelled version. You remain responsible for the content you upload and how you use the results. The app is provided “as is” for personal and lawful use.

Acceptable use

You must not use Mostbit to process or distribute content that is illegal, infringes others’ rights, or is harmful, abusive or deceptive. You must not attempt to reverse-engineer the app, bypass security, overload our systems, or use the service in a way that harms other users or the service. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have breached these terms.

Third-party services

The app may use third-party services (for example for analytics, push notifications, or AI processing). Their own terms and privacy policies apply to those services. We use Singular and One Signal for analytics and notifications, and we may use other providers for AI-based audio processing. By using Mostbit you accept that your data may be processed by these providers as described in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

Mostbit, its name, logo and design are owned by the developer. You do not get any ownership in the app or its technology. You keep ownership of your own content; by using the app you grant us the limited rights needed to process your audio and provide the service (e.g. to run it through our systems and return the result to you).

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The app and its output are provided without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of Mostbit. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim (if any), or to the maximum extent permitted by your local law.

Changes and contact

We may change these terms. The “Last updated” date will be revised when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms. For questions or to get in touch, use the details on our Contacts page.
