Inka Bot · Effective date: 22/07/2026

Think of this page as the quiet room behind the oracle. Inka Bot is built for a short daily ritual — check-ins, streaks, and a personal message — not for harvesting life stories. We keep the curtain thin on purpose: if something is not needed for the ritual to work, we prefer not to touch it.

What this app is (and is not)

Inka Bot helps you log simple wellness signals — sleep, water, workout, mood — and then asks an AI oracle to write a motivational card aimed at the weakest part of that day. Users do not exchange data with one another. There is no social feed, no inbox between strangers, and no marketplace of personal profiles.

We do not run a hobby of collecting private dossiers. The developer does not ask for government IDs, payment card numbers, or a map of your contacts. At most, the app may rely on a unique technical identifier so reminders and push messages can reach the right device, and so basic product reliability can be kept intact.

What you send when the oracle speaks

When a daily card is generated, the app works with the text of the check-in context you already entered for that ritual — the wellness signals and the stylistic preferences you chose (name for addressing the card, goal, tone). That payload is treated as message content for generation, not as a passport.

You are not required to feed the oracle your secrets. Do not paste medical records, passwords, or anyone else’s private details into fields meant for a short daily note. The generation path is designed around wellness check-in text, nothing more elaborate.

Third-party services we lean on

Inka Bot is not a sealed temple. A few specialized tools stand behind the curtain. Each is a third-party service with its own practices; we use them for narrow jobs:

  • Firebase — infrastructure support for app operation, configuration, and related technical needs. It is a third-party platform; data handled there follows Google’s Firebase terms and privacy documentation.
  • OneSignal — delivery of push notifications and reminder signals so the daily ritual can nudge you without the developer manually ringing every phone. This is a third-party notification service. Identification here is typically limited to device-oriented tokens / unique IDs used for messaging, not a scrapbook of your private life.
  • OpenAI — text generation for oracle cards. This is a third-party AI service. For generation, the app transmits the check-in-related text needed to compose the message. We do not use this channel as a warehouse for unrelated personal archives; the intent is oracle wording from your daily state inputs.

When those providers process requests, their own policies apply to the technical handling on their side. We choose them for function, not for curiosity.

Tracking, in the smallest sense

If anything is “tracked,” picture a lantern tag on a path — a unique ID that helps the app remember which device should receive a push, or which install is which for basic analytics of stability — not a biography. We are not selling your mood charts to advertisers as a side quest.

What we do not do

  • We do not let users trade personal data with each other through the app.
  • We do not ask the oracle for your home address, workplace, or family tree.
  • We do not pretend AI output is medical advice; cards are motivational reflections only.
  • We do not hide the existence of Firebase, OneSignal, or OpenAI behind vague “cloud magic” wording.

Your control

Inside Profile you can adjust name, goal, oracle tone, avatar, and reminders. If you want pushes to stop, silence them in the app settings and/or your device notification controls. Uninstalling removes the local ritual from that device.
