Welcome to the doorway of Inka Bot — an AI Daily Wellness Oracle published by soft claw productions. By installing or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If the terms feel wrong for you, leave the ritual unused; continued use means you accept the ground rules below.
The nature of the service
Inka Bot offers a personal wellness check-in and generates motivational oracle cards from your daily inputs. It is a reflective companion, not a clinic, therapist, emergency line, or nutritionist. Cards may sound wise; they are still software-assisted encouragement, not diagnoses or treatment plans.
You understand that AI-written text can be imperfect, repetitive, or oddly poetic on a Tuesday. Treat every card as inspiration you may accept, ignore, or laugh at — never as binding medical truth.
Your part of the bargain
- Use the app for lawful, personal wellness reflection.
- Provide only the kind of information the check-in asks for; do not upload other people’s private data.
- Do not attempt to break, scrape, overload, or reverse-engineer the service beyond what the platform allows.
- Keep your device access under your control; we cannot babysit a shared phone.
Accounts, streaks, and cards
Streaks count completed check-in days. Regenerating a card on the same day may refresh that day’s oracle, while the streak still treats the day as a single completed unit. History stores cards for your revisit — a private gallery of moments, not a public scoreboard.
Third-party engines behind the curtain
The app relies on third-party services to function. By using Inka Bot you acknowledge that pieces of the experience depend on providers outside soft claw productions:
- Firebase (third-party) — technical backbone for running and maintaining app services.
- OneSignal (third-party) — push notifications and reminder delivery, typically keyed to device-oriented unique IDs.
- OpenAI (third-party) — generation of oracle card text from the check-in message content you submit for that purpose. The intent of that transfer is wording for your card: the wellness context you entered, not a fishing expedition for unrelated personal archives.
Those providers may change availability, latency, or policies. If a third-party path hiccups, oracle generation or pushes may pause until the path clears. We will not pretend we own every wire under the floorboards.
Intellectual property
The Inka Bot name, visual craft, and app design belong to soft claw productions or its licensors. Oracle card text is generated for your in-app experience; that does not transfer ownership of the product, trademarks, or underlying systems to you. Do not redistribute the app as if you published it.
Disclaimer & limitation
The app is provided “as is,” with the honesty that software and AI can stumble. To the fullest extent allowed by law, soft claw productions is not liable for decisions you make after reading a motivational card, for downtime caused by third-party outages, or for indirect damages spun out of ordinary app use. Wellness is personal; the oracle is a prompt, not a warranty.
Changes
We may update these Terms when the product or the law asks for clearer language. The date at the top of this page will move when that happens. Continued use after an update means you walk forward under the new text.
